“When I think back to what our Farotech experience has been, the word collaborative comes to mind. We were a startup company when we first met. We were trying to create a new market segment, in our case, in digital health solutions for the migraine community and we were trying to figure things out. Farotech stepped in, partnered with us, helped us understand our own market opportunities, but then also helped us go out and explore a myriad of different channels to penetrate and to target. I would say that it was a collaboration because they helped us understand our customer as much as we help them understand our customer.”
