This is an 8-hour training course where teams come to my training center to learn everything they need to know to be proficient with AI in just one day. The goal of “AI in a Day” is to equip your team and C-level executives with the skills to effectively utilize AI, transforming it from a mere tool into a driver of efficiency, quality, and creativity. This course offers practical, hands-on training to master AI tools, ensuring your team not only understands AI’s capabilities but also leads in its application, giving your company a competitive edge in an AI-driven business landscape.

AI Shadowing
AI Shadowing is a 6-hour AI mentorship session for one or more key members of your team or organization. After this session, you will receive a detailed report of our findings and recommendations. I will spend these hours immersed in your organization, either on-site or virtually (via Zoom).
During our time together, we will:
- Analyze the team member’s daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
- Examine the software and tools they currently use
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement through AI integration
The outcome of this intensive session is a comprehensive report for your management team, outlining AI-driven strategies to enhance the performance of your key personnel.
Following the assessment, if you agree with our findings and decide to move forward, we can develop a tailored implementation strategy and training for each of your employees. Should you proceed with the implementation, a portion of the initial AI Shadowing fee will be credited toward the total cost of the implementation project.

AI Dream Session
In this session, we sit down with you and your team for 1-hour to begin to understand some of the inner workings of your company and find ways that AI can help. We will take a look at areas where your organization’s efficiency could be improved, redundancies reduced, and opportunities found. In our discussion, we will find that there are AI solutions already in existence to solve some of these challenges as well as custom AI solutions that can be built to improve your organization’s efficiency.

State of the Art Training Room
Starting in September, we will be utilizing our state-of-the-art training facility. This 50-person conference room is equipped with large-scale TVs to better accommodate our students. Here, participants can bring their laptop computers and engage in AI training exercises tailored specifically to the course and their individual needs.
